Historic Districts
Bedford Stuyvesant has four historic districts. The first one, Stuyvesant Heights, was designated in 1971 and the most recent, Bedford, was designated in 2015.
Proposed Districts
Hundreds of homes and other properties remain unprotected by the Landmarks Law. The proposed districts include many properties east of Malcolm X Blvd and north of Halsey Street.
